Through coaching, facilitation, and strategic introductions, he helps organizations simplify complexity and make better decisions across leadership, operations, sales, and growth initiatives.

Before his work with EOS, Bill spent over 20 years in sales, business, and leadership coaching roles with Merrill Lynch and Citibank, along with 10 years at Charles Schwab. He is also a certified Outgrow Advisor, helping companies increase revenue by 15–30% annually, a certified executive coach, and a StrengthsFinder facilitator.

Today, Bill serves as a connector—helping leaders navigate critical business decisions by aligning them with proven frameworks, experienced professionals, and practical solutions that support long-term success.

Bill lives and plays in Reno and Tahoe with his wife Ann and their dogs, Stella and Leo. They have two grown sons who live in Bozeman, Montana.
